Rossilynne Skena Culgan is an experienced journalist and educator currently serving as the Things to Do Editor at Time Out Group plc since August 2022, where responsibilities include writing feature stories and guides focused on New York City. As an adjunct professor at Pace University, Rossilynne teaches Writing for the Electronic Media, leveraging real-world journalism insights. With freelance contributions to national publications such as Saveur and Atlas Obscura since 2014, Rossilynne has also authored "Secret New York City: A Guide to the Weird, Wonderful, and Obscure," set for release in 2024. Previous roles include Director of Editorial & Growth at WhereBy.Us, Director at The Incline, and Assistant Director of Marketing at Carnegie Science Center, alongside early reporting experiences at Trib Total Media and leadership roles during undergraduate studies at Penn State University. Rossilynne holds a Master of Arts degree in Arts and Culture Reporting from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Women's Studies from Penn State University.
