Katie Kramer Tear is an Associate at Reed Smith LLP, having previously served as a Summer Associate at the same firm. Prior experience includes a Judicial Internship at the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and a Legal Internship at Arconic. Before entering the legal field, Katie worked as an Assistant Vice President at Citi, where responsibilities included leading audits and managing regulatory compliance for various treasury operations. Additional experience includes roles at Deloitte in audit and assurance, as well as internships at PNC and PwC. Katie holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh.
