Hadas Jacobi is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as Counsel in the Financial Industry Group at Reed Smith LLP since April 2023, Hadas previously worked as an Associate in the Bank Regulatory Group at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP from October 2021 to March 2023. Prior to that, Hadas held multiple roles at the New York State Department of Financial Services between July 2013 and September 2021, including Senior Assistant Deputy Superintendent for Consumer Protection and Financial Enforcement, Assistant Deputy Superintendent for Enforcement, and Senior Attorney in the Office of General Counsel. Hadas began the legal career as an Associate at Herzfeld + Rubin, P.C. from August 2011 to May 2013. Hadas holds a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in English & American Literature with Honors, magna cum laude, from New York University.
