Byron S. Barahona is an Associate Attorney at Reed Smith LLP since December 2021, with previous experience as an Attorney Advisor at the USPTO from October 2018 to December 2021. Byron provided legal support in various law clinics at the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law, including the USPTO Trademark Clinic and Veteran’s Legal Clinic, and served as an extern in the Chambers of Harry Pregerson at the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
