Baptiste Gelpi is a partner at Reed Smith LLP since April 2020, bringing over 20 years of expertise in advising arrangers, dealers, originators, sponsors, investors, and issuers on an extensive array of debt instruments, including securitisations, debt funds, EuroPP issues, Islamic bonds/sukuks, impact finance, liability management, distressed and portfolio debt acquisitions, and derivatives. Prior to joining Reed Smith, Baptiste served as a partner at Hogan Lovells (Paris) LLP from 2000 to April 2020. Baptiste holds postgraduate degrees in Civil Law and Corporate and Tax Law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University.
