Alexandra A. Roje is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Lathrop GPM LLP, with experience in advising Boards of Directors on risk management and corporate governance matters. Additionally, Alexandra serves as an Executive Committee Member at Public Counsel and was previously Counsel at Latham & Watkins, where advisement included private equity and venture capital investments in the healthcare and insurance sectors. Early in the career, Alexandra gained legal experience as a Legal Intern with the Los Angeles County District Attorney. Academically, Alexandra holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government and a Juris Doctor from the University of California, Los Angeles.
