Jill Nadison is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in non-profit leadership and operations management, particularly in support of individuals with autism. As the CEO/Executive Director of the REED Foundation for Autism since January 2016, Jill has been instrumental in setting the organization’s vision and direction across multiple programs, including school-based initiatives and adult services. Jill also previously led REED Next Inc., where a day and residential program for adults with autism was developed. In addition, Jill founded Greens do Good, establishing the first indoor hydroponic vertical farm in Northern New Jersey while employing adults with autism. Jill’s leadership at REED Academy focused on providing educational services to individuals with autism aged 3 to 21. Jill's earlier career at Symantec involved streamlining global operations and marketing strategies. Jill holds a BA in Psychology and Education from the University of Colorado Boulder.
