Maggie McLagan has a diverse range of work experience. Maggie started their professional career in 2011 as a Volunteer Manager at TEDxCrestmoorPark, where they played a key role in organizing events and working with speakers and volunteers. Maggie then worked as an Administrative/Project Assistant at Grey Mountain Partners from October 2011 to June 2012. In 2012, they joined Brooksource as a Senior Technical Recruiter until May 2014. Since 2014, Maggie has been working at Redwood Trust, Inc., where they have held various positions, including Business Development Coordinator, Associate Relationship Manager, Relationship Manager, Senior Relationship Manager, Vice President of Business Development, and currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Business Development.

Maggie McLagan holds a B.A. degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder. Maggie also obtained a certification as a LinkedIn Certified Professional–Recruiter from LinkedIn in November 2013.
