Nate Paszek is a seasoned engineering professional specializing in mechanical engineering with extensive experience in project management and technical leadership. Currently serving as Project Engineering Manager at Redwire Space since March 2021, Nate provides direction to program teams for successful mission execution. Previously, Nate held the position of Technical Director at Deployable Space Systems Inc. and worked as a Senior Mechanical Engineer for Kollabra Consulting, contributing to various projects including contracts with FLIR Systems and Deployable Space Systems. Earlier career experiences include a role as Senior Mechanical Engineer at Applied Technologies Associates, where Nate designed systems for drilling technologies, and as Mechanical Engineer at Ground Control, focusing on automated satellite systems. Nate holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Physics from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
