Erik Lake serves as the Manager of Systems Engineering, Integration and Test and Senior Technical Program Lead at Redwire Space since September 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Principal Mechanical Engineer at Raytheon Technologies and Northrop Grumman - Astro Aerospace, with a focus on mechanical engineering tasks involving thermal analysis, design, and project engineering. Erik's earlier positions involved research in energy efficiency at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory and mechanical roles at Electric Boat and General Atomics. Educational achievements include a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
