Lyza Faylona is an accomplished production professional with extensive experience in the gaming and technology industries. Currently serving as the Head of Production at Redux Games since October 2023, Lyza previously held the position of Senior Producer at Niantic, Inc., where the individual directed the production of Marvel World of Heroes and collaborated with cross-functional teams. Prior roles include Senior Technical Project Manager at Disney Parks, Experiences and Products, overseeing the development of SaaS applications, and Associate Development Manager at Riot Games, leading cross-functional teams for League of Legends. Lyza's career encompasses project management and production roles at various companies, including Digital Turbine, Bubble Gum Interactive, and Ogilvy Interactive, demonstrating a strong foundation in managing projects, budgets, and resources effectively. Lyza holds a Bachelor's Degree in Design Computing (Honours) from the University of Sydney.
