Brent Smith is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in client engineering and software development. Currently serving as the Director of Client Engineering at REDspace Inc. since July 2008, Brent manages over 80 engineers across Video, Ads, and Data domains, focusing on both high- and low-level architectural challenges. Prior roles include Senior Software Developer and Team Lead at REDspace, where the focus was on broadband platforms and video/ads delivery, and Consultant at Keane Canada with expertise in Flex development and testing. Earlier, Brent worked as an IT Specialist at IBM, specializing in scripting and test automation for Point of Sale systems. Brent holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of New Brunswick.
