Kaitlyn Crowley currently serves in Fan & Youth Engagement with the Boston Red Sox, a position held since May 2023. Previously, Kaitlyn was a Team Lead at Nestlé Nespresso SA from September 2023 to July 2024 and worked as a Game Day Marketing Assistant at Agganis Arena at Boston University between October 2022 and March 2024. In addition, experience as an Educator at lululemon from August 2022 to August 2023 and a Bill Reviewer at Medlogix from October 2020 to June 2022 contributed to a diverse skill set. Kaitlyn holds a Master's degree in Global Marketing Management from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Business Studies from Stockton University.
