Mike Hedger currently serves as the Chairman of REPOSITIVE LIMITED, focusing on developing a leading bio/pharma clinical platform since November 2018. Additionally, Mike has held the Chairman position at Balabit since January 2015, overseeing the successful sale of the business in January 2018, and continues in the same capacity at Conversocial since 2011. Previous roles include Chairman positions at Perfect Channel (2014 - January 2019) and eCommera, where the latter was sold during their tenure from 2012 to 2015. Mike also chaired Mimecast from 2007 to 2015 and was involved in its IPO, alongside serving as Chairman at AVG from 2007 to 2009 and ClusterSeven from 2005 to 2008. As CEO of KVault Systems from 2000 to 2005, Mike led the company from inception to a $225 million sale to Veritas (Symantec) within five years. Earlier experience includes serving as EVP of Worldwide Operations at Forte Software from 1995 to 1999.
