Kara Jones is a dedicated Human Resources professional with extensive experience in managing employee-related processes. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at RedSail Technologies since August 2024, Kara previously held the same title at Spartanburg County from November 2022 to August 2024, where responsibilities included managing FMLA for over 1500 employees. Prior to that, Kara worked as an Assessment Counselor at The Forrester Center for Behavioral Health, where data collection and analysis were key functions, along with providing clinical recommendations. Experience as a Case Manager at Angels Charge Ministry involved coordinating client needs related to well-being and services, while earlier roles included a Human Resources Intern and Assistant at Spartanburg County and Chromalloy, respectively.
