Crystal Ratliff, CPM, currently serves as the Interface Implementation Manager at RedSail Technologies, LLC, where Crystal has been employed since June 2021. Prior to this role, Crystal worked at QS/1 for nearly 16 years, progressing through various positions such as Product Manager for Vendor Relations, Interface Market Analyst II, and customer support roles for multiple products. Crystal's earlier experience includes management and customer service positions at Walmart and BI-LO, LLC. Crystal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of South Carolina Upstate, earned between 2002 and 2006.
