Laura Nicholson, Assoc. CIPD, currently serves as Human Resources Manager at Reds10 since April 2023. Prior experience includes leading the strategic 10-year plan for Imperial College Business School as Head of Strategy and Planning from November 2019 to April 2023, and operational management roles at Cielo Talent and Resource Solutions. Laura's earlier career spans positions such as Human Resources Administrator at The London School of Economics and Department Manager at Primark Stores Limited, where a decision to pursue a career in HR and People Management was made. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations, alongside CIPD Level 7 accreditation from the University of Manchester. A Bachelor's degree in English Language was obtained from Newcastle University.
