James Johnston currently serves as an Acting Site Manager at Redrow since November 2023, having previously held the position of Assistant Site Manager. Prior experience includes work as an Assistant Site Manager at Citu from October 2022 to November 2023 and as an Assistant Site Manager and rotational graduate trainee at Redrow from September 2019 to October 2022, during which time various departments were experienced. Prior to these roles, James Johnston was a Student Ambassador at the Global Recruitment Office Lancaster from January 2017 to August 2019, representing the University and assisting with outreach and recruitment efforts. Early experience includes working flexibly as kitchen porter and general staff at Farmer Teds from October 2014 to April 2019. James Johnston earned a Bachelor's degree in Geography from Lancaster University between 2016 and 2019.
