Stephan Dollberg has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Stephan started their career as a Software Eng. Intern at ESG Elektroniksystem- und Logistik-GmbH in 2012, where they developed a software gateway in C++ and integrated the toolchain into an Eclipse plugin. In 2014, they joined CERN as a Software Eng. Intern, where they focused on developing cluster automation tools and improving server management tools.

From 2016 to 2017, Stephan worked at Cloudflare, Inc. as a Systems Engineer. Their responsibilities included implementing the HTTP Rate Limiting product, creating automatic analysis and retrieval systems, and coordinating and deploying software releases.

In 2017, they joined G-Research as a Software Engineer, where they worked until 2023. During this time, they contributed to various projects and held a performance engineer role.

Finally, in 2023, they joined Redpanda Data as a Performance Engineer. Details about their responsibilities in this role are not provided.

Stephan Dollberg obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology from the Technical University of Munich between 2011 and 2014. Stephan then pursued further education and successfully completed their Master of Science degree in the same field from ETH Zürich from 2014 to 2016.
