Brian joins Redox’s Board of Directors with a background in law, contracts, and finance, all areas critical to the success of a company in the power and energy space. Brian has been in the financial services industry for the past decade serving as COO, General Counsel, and currently as an owner/operator of a consulting company in the sector. Prior to that, he was an attorney at a boutique tax law firm specializing in international tax and economic development benefits. Brian holds a juris doctorate from Georgia State University and a degree in accountancy from Auburn University.
