Nils Petter Dyvik has extensive experience in finance and governance, currently serving as Chair of the RS Finance Committee and Vice President/Board Member at Redningsselskapet since May 2017. Dyvik is also a Board Member and a member of the Election Committee at Norwegian Hull Club since May 2010, and has held various positions at Odfjell and Odfjell SE from 2020 to 2024. Past roles include Chair of the Board at NorSea Wind AS and the Norwegian Sea Rescue Academy, as well as leadership positions at other organizations such as TGS Nopec Geophysical Co ASA and Wilhelmsen Ferd Offshore AS. Dyvik holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, earned between 1978 and 1979.
