Jeff Rutledge has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Jeff began their career at Affordable Computers as a Manager in 1995 and worked there until 2000. Jeff then joined Solana (formerly MRDD Solutions) in 2000 and held various roles including Business Development Manager, President of Sales and Operations, and Chief Sales & Marketing Officer. In 2011, Jeff started working at Redline Equipment, where they held roles such as Sales Specialist, General Manager at the Adrian Location, General Manager at the Archbold Location, Equipment Operations Director, and currently serves as the VP of Equipment Operations.
Jeff Rutledge's education history starts in 1990 when they attended Northwest State Community College for one year, studying Sales Leadership. Jeff then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management at Eastern Michigan University, graduating in 1999. Later, in 2013 and 2015, they attended Case IH, where they obtained a Sales Excellence - Pinnacle degree. Additionally, in August 2016, Jeff received a certification in Iron Management from the Western Equipment Dealers Association.
