Amir Salar Salehi, P. Eng, MASc has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Amir Salar currently serves as the President of AB3 Engineering Solutions, Ltd. since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Redlen Technologies Inc. where they held the role of Facilities and Manufacturing Engineer starting from April 2017. Amir Salar also worked as a Production Technician at the same company from April 2015. Additionally, they had roles at Tak Tozin Toos as a Quality Control Manager from January 2012 to January 2015, as a Principal Design Engineer from January 2011 to January 2012, and as an Assistant Design Engineer from January 2010 to January 2011. Moreover, they pursued their Master of Applied Science (MASc) degree at the University of Victoria from May 2016 to January 2019.

Amir Salar Salehi, P. Eng, MASc, has a strong educational background in Mechanical Engineering. Amir Salar obtained their Bachelor's degree from Islamic Azad University, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. Amir Salar further pursued their education by completing a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Victoria, which they attended from 2016 to 2018.

In addition to their academic achievements, Salehi has obtained several certifications to complement their qualifications. These include certifications in CATIA and SOLIDWORKS from the Iran Association of Cast Makers. Amir Salar has also received certifications in various areas of quality control, such as General Quality Control, Quality Control Manager Competence, and Compiling Quality Regulation from institutions like the "Pars" Technology and Research Institute, the Iranian National Standards Organization, and the Pars Technology and Research Institute.

Salehi has further expanded their knowledge through certifications in specific fields, such as Gearbox and Rotating Machine Problems and Maintaining and Fault Detection from the renowned Sharif University of Technology. Amir Salar has also gained expertise in Quality Control of Steam and Hot-water Boilers Based on BS2790 from the "Nazer-Karan" Technical Inspection and Engineering Company.

Additionally, Salehi holds the professional designation of P. Eng from the Engineers and Geoscientists BC. Through their education and certifications, they demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of Mechanical Engineering.
