Daphne Preuss is a distinguished scientist and entrepreneur with a PhD in Biology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BS in Chemistry and Biology from the University of Denver. Daphne launched a research program at Stanford University, and served as a Professor at the University of Chicago, where they led a prominent laboratory focused on cell-cell signaling and trained numerous Ph.D. students and postdoctoral fellows. Currently, Daphne serves on the Carnegie Scientific Advisory Council and holds board positions at several innovative companies including Verdant Robotics and Sabanto, while also being CEO and partner at Natáur LLC.
