Tal Kaptsan is a skilled technical lead with extensive experience in software engineering and microservices architecture. Currently at Redis since January 2023, Tal specializes in transforming monolithic systems and ensures code quality. Previously, Tal played a pivotal role at Astrix Security as the first engineer, responsible for the design and ownership of the SaaS platform. At Snyk, contributions included the development of container security products, particularly focusing on Kubernetes workloads. Tal's early career involved establishing a server-less click-stream pipeline at Playbuzz and leading a software engineering team in the Israeli Air Force, where recognition for excellence was received.
