Sophy Vaisbord is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software development and project management. Currently serving as a Senior R&D Project Manager at Redis since September 2021, Sophy previously held senior roles at companies such as ICE, SuperDerivatives, and 888.com. At ICE, Sophy led multiple projects while defining and prioritizing new features for product optimization. As a Senior Software Engineer at SuperDerivatives, responsibilities included full-stack development for Forex pricing features. Prior experience includes technical leadership at 888.com for the ePayments website, software team leadership at Intel, and development roles at Pelephone and the Israeli Intelligence Corps. Sophy holds an Executive Leadership Program degree from the Hoffman Kofman Foundation and graduated from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
