Alex Monshall is an experienced IT Support Technician with a strong background in technical account management and field engineering. Since September 2019, Alex has been providing IT support at Redinet Limited. Previously, from June 2014 to September 2019, Alex worked at Akita, dedicating a significant portion of time onsite with clients while also assisting on the helpdesk. Prior to that role, Alex was a Field Engineer at Konica Minolta Business Solutions UK Ltd from June 2012 to June 2014, specializing in the training and repair of a variety of Multi-Function Printer devices through electromechanical troubleshooting.
