Roger Mendiola is an accomplished Senior Geographic Information System Analyst and Program Manager at Redhorse Corporation, with experience dating back to November 2016. Prior to this role, Roger served as a Geospatial Analyst at MDA Information Systems LLC from October 2010 to January 2014 and worked as a Physical Scientist with the US Army Corps of Engineers from June 2003 to January 2008.
