To Hung Sze is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in quality engineering and management. Currently serving as an Associate Engineering Manager at Red Hat since May 2020, To Hung Sze oversees various initiatives related to Advance Cluster Management and Product Reliability Engineering. Previous roles at Red Hat include Associate QE Manager and Associate Manager, where To Hung Sze successfully transformed a siloed test team into a cohesive unit and led diverse teams in testing Managed Cloud services. Prior experience includes significant contributions at ONCAM Grandeye and IBM, where To Hung Sze held roles ranging from SQA to Advisory Software Engineer, specializing in Agile methodologies and quality assurance for cloud-based solutions. To Hung Sze holds a Master's Degree in Management Information Systems from Boston University.
