Orieji Iroha-Agwu serves as the Director of Associate Experience at Red Hat since December 2018, where responsibilities include establishing strategic direction for associate experiences, leading a global team, and overseeing initiatives related to career development, well-being, DEI, and accessibility. Previous roles at Red Hat include Director of Career Development Strategy & Programs and Senior Manager of Global Learning Delivery, focusing on talent development and learning strategies. Prior to Red Hat, Orieji held positions at BCBSNC, including Master Trainer and Corporate University Trainer, where expertise in learning and development was demonstrated. Orieji holds an MBA and an MS in Health Care Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus, along with an Executive Program certification from MIT Sloan School of Management and dual bachelor's degrees in Biochemistry and Chemistry from Rivers State University of Science and Technology.
