Mona Yadav is a Client Impact Manager at Red Hat's Open Design Center since April 2019, focusing on transforming work processes through user experience and client engagement strategies. Prior to this role, Mona served as a Senior Compensation Consultant and Compensation Consultant for the EMEA region at Red Hat between September 2017 and September 2018, and as a Senior Talent Advisor at Wipro from June 2009 to September 2016. In the latter position, Mona led a team for recruitment in the DACH region, overseeing the complete hiring process. Additional HR expertise includes managing talent, performance, and compensation reviews, as well as advising business leaders on aligning strategies with people practices. Educational qualifications include an MBA in HR from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a B.Sc in Botany from Delhi University. Early career experience includes a summer internship at GE focusing on attrition analysis.
