Matheus Boy is a Principal Software Engineer at Red Hat since December 2021, leading the Software Production's Pipeline Value Core team with a focus on streamlining product delivery through automation tools such as Python, Ansible, and Openshift. Previous roles include serving as Tech Lead at Mosaico and inGaia, where Matheus directed teams in developing microservice-based platforms using React, NextJS, NodeJS, and Java. Earlier experience encompasses leadership in back end development and cloud infrastructure management at Clickideia Tecnologia Educacional, web development roles at Perallis IT Innovation and Chuva Inc., and research positions at Samsung R&D Institute Brazil and CNPq. Matheus holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas and a Técnico in Informatics from IFBA - Instituto Federal da Bahia.
