Mario Loriedo is a Senior Principal Software Engineer at Red Hat since June 2016, where Mario leads the Eclipse Che Dev Team. Prior to Red Hat, Mario served as CTO and Senior Technical Lead at Zenika from June 2011 to May 2016, guiding a team of 40 in promoting a software craftsmanship mindset. Mario’s earlier experience includes roles as Software Engineer and Security Expert at the Presidenza del Consiglio dei Ministri, focusing on zero-day exploits and cryptography, as well as project management and the development of web applications. Additionally, Mario worked as Team Leader in the installation group for IBM Tivoli Software, contributing to the design and development of software compliance solutions. Mario holds a degree in Computer Science from Sapienza Università di Roma and attended Lycée Chateaubriand.
