Frank Sorenson is an experienced Principal Software Maintenance Engineer at Red Hat since October 2013, specializing in filesystems and providing back-line support for customer support incidents while addressing kernel and software bugs. Prior to this role, Frank served as a Senior Software Maintenance Engineer at Red Hat. Frank's earlier experience includes serving as a Linux Systems Engineer and Associate Director in DSS Engineering at UBS AG from February 2006 to June 2013, where expertise was developed in managing a growing global Linux estate. Frank's foundation in computer systems was established at Brigham Young University, where a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science were obtained, with Frank working as a Systems Manager in the Computer Science Department during that time.
