Heather Kight has extensive experience in real estate, currently serving as a Principal Agent and previously in various leadership roles at Redfin since November 2018. Kight has been a Realtor at Realty Austin since November 2010, focusing on providing turnkey services for families, especially Baby Boomers and seniors. As a Partner at Austin 55 Realty, Kight caters to the 55+ demographic, assisting with downsizing and transitions to assisted living. Prior experience includes positions at Keller Williams Realty, Keller Williams University, Holt, Rinehart and Winston, and Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, where Kight developed marketing strategies and led product launches. Kight began a career in education as a Department Chair and Teacher at Eanes ISD Westlake High School. Kight holds a BA in American Studies from Austin College.
