Maria Nancy Garzon currently serves as Subgerente at Redes Humanas since November 2020. Previously, Maria held the position of Gerente superior de recursos humanos at Open Market: The Best Logistics Team from April 2013 to February 2020, overseeing comprehensive human resource management and budget control. Prior to that, Maria worked at Adecco, first as Directora Nacional de Gestión Humana y Calidad from February 2002 to April 2013, managing various HR functions with a team of 40, and as Gerente sucursal Adecco from February 2000 to December 2001. Maria's earlier experience includes roles as Gerente de banca personal at Banco Selfin and as Directora de Cuenta Ejecutiva at Colpatria Multibanca del Grupo Scotiabank. Maria holds a degree in Psychology with a focus on human resource management from Universidad Santo Tomás, earned between 1984 and 1991.
