Juliana Algodoal, PhD, is an accomplished Speech Language Pathologist and owner of Linguagem Direta, a company dedicated to enhancing communication skills through tailored strategies for various professional settings. With extensive experience as a partner member at Great Place to Work, certified trainer and coach in Process Communication Model®, and facilitator for Google’s Womenwill program, Juliana actively supports professional development and soft skill evolution. Formerly a national leader for the Committee of Refugees and Migrants at Grupo Mulheres do Brasil and president of the Board of Administration at the Sociedade Brasileira de Fonoaudiologia, Juliana also has a significant academic background, having taught communication courses at institutions including FGV and BandTec. Juliana's educational credentials include a PhD in Applied Linguistics from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo.
