Nicole Heard has extensive experience in community growth and leadership roles across various organizations. At Reddit, Inc., Nicole served as the Country Lead for the UK and as Head of Community Growth for the UK. As the Founder of break the chain btc, Nicole demonstrated entrepreneurial skills. In previous roles, Nicole was Head of the Network Leaders Program and Senior Lead for EMEA at the Sheryl Sandberg & Dave Goldberg Family Foundation. Additional experience includes serving as a Strategic Consultant for Plan International and holding multiple leadership roles at Teach First, including Director of Community and Senior Associate Director of Operations. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Nottingham and further education from IOE - UCL's Faculty of Education and Society.
