Paula Thompson is an experienced project manager currently overseeing RedFlag Accelerator Partnerships at RedCompass Labs since July 2019. Previously, Paula dedicated over 15 years to British Airways, managing a variety of corporate programmes and technical projects including the implementation of a new Content Management System for ba.com. Early career experiences include roles as an IT Project Manager at Lincoln Financial, where software development for life insurance and occupational pension business took place, and as an IT Programmer/Consultant at the Bank of England, focusing on money supply systems. Paula's academic background includes a BA Degree in French with Business Studies from Leeds Trinity University.
