Jan Metcalf is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in leading marketing initiatives within the financial technology sector. Currently serving as Global Head of Marketing at RedCompass Labs since April 2023, Jan is driving the marketing transformation journey for the organization. Prior experience includes a role as Global Marketing Lead - Payments at Finastra, where Jan spearheaded global marketing campaigns and supported the launch of the Payments to Go platform. At SWIFT, Jan held positions as Product Marketing and Customer Engagement Manager and Senior Marketing Specialist, focusing on go-to-market strategies for major initiatives. Earlier career milestones include serving as Content Marketing Editor at Deeson and as a Reporter at IBS Intelligence. Jan holds a BA in Politics and Modern History from The University of Manchester.
