Amanda Nevis is an IT Specialist at RedCompass Labs since April 2022, with previous experience as an Incident/Problem Manager at Société Générale from August 2020 to November 2021, where responsibilities included daily morning checks and managing incidents. Prior experience includes serving as an Incident Manager at IBM from May 2015 to February 2020, focusing on restoring service operations in a 24/7 environment, and as a Technical Support Specialist providing remote support for software issues. Amanda holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from St Josephs College Arts Science Bangalore and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Application from St. Aloysius College, Mangalore, along with a Pre-Degree from Toc H Public School in India and a high school diploma from St Mary's Anglo Indian Girls High School.
