Gavin Greenblum has extensive experience in real estate investments and development, currently holding a position at Redcar Properties since September 2021. Prior roles include various positions at the Teacher Retirement System of Texas from September 2017 to August 2021, culminating as an Associate in Real Estate, with previous roles as Senior Analyst and Analyst. Additionally, Gavin gained experience at KKR & Co. Inc. as a Secondee in Real Estate for a short term in 2019, and completed internships at Landmark Properties, JBG SMITH, Oden Hughes, and Weitzman between 2015 and 2017. Gavin holds a degree in Real Estate and Legal Studies from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business, earned in 2017.
