Suvik Paramesh is an energy analyst at Redaptive. Prior to joining Redaptive, Suvik worked as an intern at Silverite Power Controls Pvt. Ltd from August 2018 to February 2019. There, they collaborated with project engineers and construction managers to provide project support for the activities of development, design and cost estimation. Suvik also prepared project plans and data, and conducted market research.

From November 2017 to July 2018, Suvik was a student researcher at the Chair of Water Technology and Urban Hydraulic Engineering at BTU Cottbus, where they developed a new conceptual model of the turbine and validated the concept design through prototype development and testing. Suvik also conducted hydraulic experiments to verify the idea of a wave energy converter and a low-head hydro turbine.

From February 2017 to May 2017, Suvik was a student researcher at the Chair of Power Plat Technology at BTU Cottbus.
