In 2021, Doug founded and became the General Partner at Snowpoint Ventures, focusing on assisting US-based companies in overcoming challenges related to disruptive technologies for commercial and government applications. Additionally, Doug holds board positions at Red 6, Merlin, and Shield AI, and previously served on the Board of Directors for the Alliance for Digital Innovation. Doug's educational background includes degrees from the United States Military Academy at West Point, the Naval Postgraduate School, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
