Heather Anderson, MS, SPHR, SHRM - SCP, CDR, is a seasoned talent acquisition and human resources professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Red Wing Shoe Co. since March 2023, Heather has previously held roles such as Senior Recruiter at The Walt Disney Company, Regional Human Resources Manager at Mitsubishi HC Capital America, Inc., and Vice President of Human Resources at Smarte Carte. Earlier career highlights include multiple director-level and consulting positions at Freudenberg Group and an interim HR manager role at Lifetouch.
