Bill Harding is an experienced infrastructure and cloud services manager currently leading a team of thirteen engineers at Red Wing Shoe Co since March 2005. In this role, Bill supports global operations encompassing datacenter, cloud, hardware, and lifecycle management for approximately 1800 users and over 500 retail stores. Previously, Bill held the positions of Enterprise Architect, focusing on technological transformation, and IT Operations Manager managing infrastructure for a major manufacturing and retail company. Bill also served as a Master Sergeant in the United States Army Reserve, where leadership included managing personnel and providing technical support to multiple Army Reserve units. Additional experience includes serving as Systems Analyst at Ciber, Inc., where management involved a significant support contract for the United States Army Reserve Command. Education includes a degree from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls and attendance at Prescott High School.
