Casey Kalman currently serves as the Sr. Vice President at Red Thread, a position held since February 2012, where responsibilities include leading and mentoring the Business Development, Corporate Accounts, and Higher Education sales teams for the Greater Boston market. Prior to this role, Casey was the VP of Customer Experience at Red Thread, overseeing the strategic vision and priorities for client engagement across multiple teams. Earlier experience includes a long tenure at Steelcase from 1986 to March 2012, where roles included Director of Channel Development and New England Area Sales Director, focusing on dealer network support and relationship management. Additional roles at GenRad Corporation and Raytheon provided foundational experience in contract management and supply chain operations. Casey holds both an MBA and a BS in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University, specializing in Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations Management.
