Pauline Jen Ryan is a business advisor and consultant with over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. Pauline has held senior positions at Atropos Therapeutics Inc., Proteostasis Therapeutics, Inc., and ImmunoGen, Inc., where they oversaw corporate development and operations. Ryan has also served on the board of directors for Lumio and Verik Bio, and was the CEO of Solmap Pharmaceuticals, Inc. before it was acquired by Forma Therapeutics.

Pauline Jen Ryan earned their MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management with a focus in Health Care Management, Marketing, Finance, and Managerial Economics. Pauline also holds a BA in Psychology from Northwestern University. Prior to their time at Northwestern, Pauline graduated from Cherry Hill High School East.
