Kate Eaton, MPS, PHR, currently serves as Chief of Staff at Red Robin, where responsibilities include strategic advising to the CEO, leading planning initiatives, and managing communication with various stakeholders. Previously held positions at Red Robin include Director of HR Employee Relations and Human Resources Manager, significantly contributing to employee relations and performance management across over 560 restaurants in the U.S. and Canada. Prior experience includes HR roles at Brown and Caldwell and Hitachi Data Systems, as well as an Executive Assistant role at OppenheimerFunds. Kate holds a Master's of Professional Studies in Strategic Human Resource Management from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Colorado State University.
