Dale Gainer has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Market Partner at Red Robin Gourmet Burgers since April 2007, where previous roles included Regional Operations Director and General Manager/Training Manager. Prior to Red Robin, Dale held the position of General Manager/Training Manager at Smokey Bones from 2002 to 2007 and also served as General Manager at Lonestar Steakhouse and Saloon from July 1991 to June 2000. Dale Gainer earned a Bachelor's Degree in Pre-Law Studies, Communications, and Education from Thiel College between 1984 and 1988.
